My intuitive warrior soul joyfully leaps from one realm to another, continuously falling in love with the work I am truly passionate about. In 2011, I took the leap and opened my first Shapeboxing studio, followed by the establishment of the Shapeboxing Training Centre in Ljubljana two years later. These ventures have allowed me to witness firsthand the tremendous impact coaches can have on individuals. For me, coaching is an art that involves finding the delicate balance between the crucial elements of sports and real life, ensuring that the influence we exert is always positive and healthy. Over the years, I've been fortunate to have taught more than 10,000 hours of Shapeboxing sessions. It brings me immense joy to see the demand for Shapeboxing grow steadily as individuals recognize the incredible benefits it offers for physical and mental well-being. In 2021, I founded YinYang Academy alongside the esteemed SHAPEBOXING brand. This new endeavor focuses on empowering companies through the integration of internal martial arts practices, combining traditional Chinese healing Qi Gong, emotional control, and movement techniques such as functional mobility. Our workshops are tailored to various organizations that champion women's empowerment through diverse causes, providing them with a deeper understanding of self-connection and personal growth. I am continually inspired by the transformation and empowerment that can be achieved through the harmonious integration of martial arts, movement, and holistic practices.
