I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and have a graduate degree in the biomedical sciences. I enjoy supporting others using my perspective gained in former professional roles as a biomedical scientist and a workplace health and safety officer. I have an appreciation for the scientific basis for health as well as how professional demands and productivity can be impacted by our comprehensive well-being. I have embraced major life transitions in the face of uncertainty, including raising a family while making three career transitions, acquiring skills and forming new relationships along the way. My passion for holistic wellness is rooted in my personal experience with acute and chronic health challenges, including navigation through epilepsy management. I have a unique perspective that merges scientific insight with compassionate guidance. In my personal life, I enjoy soccer, gardening, and hiking in nature. I have persevered through athletic injuries, while finding creative ways to maintain physical fitness. I am committed to balanced nutrition, daily physically activity, brain health, and embrace growth as I age through living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that healthy living is both an individual and family commitment.
