So… you wonder how I got into advertising? After spending a few years in the military and diplomatic relations jobs, I decided to pursue my passion as a creator, or shall I say, a photographer back then. I built a small production business and had the best time creating content that resonated with my clients’ audience on social, many of those clients were small local businesses. Pretty quickly I realized that most of my clients didn't make the most out of the content I produced, and I had to find ways to help them. So, I learned how to run paid social ads while also managing large organic pages. Although I went to a great school, I learned the most from people who were in the weeds (some don’t even have a degree). Hands on learning was the best way for me to grow anyways, so buying private courses went a long way. Once I spent the first $1-2M I started to understand the real power of social platforms and how scalable it is. For a moment I even stopped creating content because I got very excited about the growth I was able to achieve from paid ads. I love marketing, it excites me because I get to combine art and science - creative and data. I have an eye for design and production, but I only feel like my mission is accomplished when I get to put $ behind it so it translates into growth. Growing up in Israel made me thrive in fast-paced environments, where the best idea wins. I love scaling businesses through advertising, especially on social. I managed over $100M in ad spend and have a track record of achieving efficient growth with profitable returns for my clients. But the one thing to know, there is no golden ticket. If anyone ever tell you that they have the best ad account structure or the creative that will 100% win, save your money. The only reason I see success is because I pay attention to what’s going on in your business and I test, a lot. Creative tests, audience tests, media mix tests, measurement tests. Building a strong creative pipeline will be your most crucial part of the process. I will always choose to work with people that are extremely honest and empathetic (I live by the book Radical Candor). I am driven by data, progress, and results, and I know how to have fun - because marketing is fun. Let’s connect!
