Technology and digital marketing has always been a passion. I remember how excited I was as a teenager to get my first computer for Christmas. As a hotelier, I would work with my hotel digital marketing agency to do my own keyword research. I loved coming up with ideas and strategies to help my hotel succeed and we always outperformed the competition. As a digital marketer, my favorite word is schema. I joined Milestone so I could share this passion of sales, marketing and technology with 1,000's of businesses. I get to help our partners solve the challenge of how to drive more traffic to their websites and ultimately create more revenue. As head of the hospitality division at Milestone, I am responsible for digital marketing engagement with major customers and hotel groups. I am a regular speaker and contributor on hospitality digital marketing at various hospitality conferences such as HSMAI, CHLA, AAHOA and am also an HSMAI Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management nominee and a member of the HSMAI Marketing Advisory Board. I often speak at internal digital forums for different brands and hotel management companies.
