As a certified yoga teacher and lover of innovation, I speak about the future of work, leadership, culture, and transformation. I lead immersive mindfulness sessions for tech events, helping people connect deeply with themselves and tap into their potential. I'm a big cheerleader for my trailblazing women in tech and serve as a committee member of the American Heart Association's STEM Goes Red for Girls initiative. We educate and support Cleveland teenage girls in pursuing STEM careers, promoting a more diverse and inclusive tech community. I've built tech and marketing startups from the ground up and have led enterprise clients (in my agency days) in the education, medical, nonprofit, and tech industries, including The Cleveland Clinic, Abbott Labs, Welch Allyn, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the YMCA of the USA. I get lit up on adventure and the pursuit of strengthening the mind and body. I have too many books to keep up with, reading about philosophy, neuroscience or spirituality. And I'm often cold-plunging into a frozen river, running sober-curious yoga socials (I'm the creator of Last Call Cle), and exploring Cleveland with my 2 boys.
