In the wise words of Henry Ford, 'Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.' This proverb encapsulates the philosophy that guides my professional journey. With an extensive background spanning over 14 years in management education, learning and development, as well as more than three years dedicated to coaching, I am perpetually amazed by the untapped potential within each of us, just waiting to be unleashed through thoughtful guidance and mentorship. My career has been a rich tapestry of roles—ranging from B-school educator to trainer, facilitator, and now, a specialized coach. I have had the privilege of designing and delivering transformative programs both domestically and globally, catering to varied learning environments both in-person and virtual. Leveraging this multifaceted experience, I currently focus on empowering managers and leaders, equipping them with the skills they require to excel in their forthcoming roles. As both a seasoned professional and a mother, I possess an empathetic understanding of the unique challenges faced by working women, thereby specializing in Women's Leadership Coaching.
