Work stages📌 - Receive the technical assignment: analyze and clarify project details with the designer - Visualization process - First "preliminary preview" for familiarization and feedback - Designer makes changes and 50% prepayment is required. - Second "preliminary preview" with the implemented changes - Finalize changes after refining all the details from the second revision stage. - Approval of the final rendering - Final rendering and post-processing - Payment of the remaining project cost. Terms and conditions📌 - Provide a technical assignment with sufficient detailed information for project visualization Completion time is 5 days for small spaces, for spaces larger than 30 sqm - 5-7 days. - Up to 2 revisions are free of charge. - Additional revisions will increase the timeframe by +2 days. - Up to 10 previews/renderings are included (if the space allows). - Render size is 2000px on the longer side (but everything is done separately). Advantages of working with me📌 - Availability of a large database of 3D models (PRO models are charged at half price) - I accept technical assignments in any format - I provide a high number of previews/renderings - I offer a preview before final rendering - I work without upfront payment. Payment scheme: 50% after the first visualization and 50% before the final delivery. - I include artistic views to showcase more project details - I am available for daily communication - Interested in long-term collaboration - I fulfill agreed-upon terms and conditions - Additional changes can be made if necessary, but everything is discussed - I can create a 360 panorama and lighting animation if needed.
