Teamtailor is an applicant tracking and employer branding tool. My portfolio consisted of Nordic customers, but mainly Finnish accounts.
I had responsibility for the entire customer journey from successfully onboarding customers to training all users, showing more value of the product and handling renewals or offboarding. I helped customers in enhancing their recruitment processes by showcasing how they can optimize them, place the candidate experience at the forefront, and foster smooth collaboration among HR team members in the platform. Additionally, part of the tasks was identifying accounts health and to work actively to prevent churn. 
Also, finding new business opportunities through expansion sales, upselling or cross-selling.

Customer Success Manager

As an implementation manager I worked with various teams internally such as sales, account management and customer service to successfully get new global customers onboarded to Egencia platform. My responsibilities included creating an implementation project plan together with customers and internal departments, managing the resource planning of the project, preparing and moderating customer meetings and training customers on how to use the online booking tool and also responsibility for handling integrations and assisting customers with questions.

My responsibilities included leading various sized business travel projects from the start to completion such as international conferences and congresses. My tasks also include creation of offers, pricing and budgeting, collaboration with different stakeholders, building of web registration sites, on site event management and not to mention responsibility for customer accounts.
