•	Solely was responsible for the production to truck deployment of all inventory out of Joplin production facility which includes building and managing all outbound loads based on our production schedule while balancing other constraints. 
•	Strategically rearranged SKUs every day on the backend for certain loads in order to minimize detention penalties, maintain warehouse capacity, and meet customer demand.  
•	Managed inventory levels across roughly ten customer service facilities to minimize service risk for over fifty SKUs. 
•	Individually scheduled all 50-90 daily loads based on the product availability and labor constraints. 
•	Effectively calculated and reported to superiors the amount of service risk, projected healthy-by dates and service drivers.

•	Identified opportunities for process improvement based on stakeholder requirements, while utilizing lean business process improvement foundations to deliver operational improvement.
•	Constructed a Monitor and Control Process and dashboard for our entire organization’s ongoing revenue and expenses in order for our leadership and department heads to have visibility and make informed decisions. 
•	Created Integrated Change Control process for the organization’s budget based on financial surplus, budget cuts, and priority changes (needing more money) to be able to adapt to opportunities and form to constraints.
•	Designed the organization’s annual budget creation and approval process to have more accurate forecasts of the next years financials and allow for department clarity of their limits. 
•	Independently responsible for our entire co-working space, the Prairie Den, to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
•	Implemented a co-working space software called Nexudus in order to improve the efficiency the Prairie Den’s operations resulting in increased monthly revenue of almost 100% within 2 months.
•	Led the internal Human Resources function of the organization including on/off-boarding, PTO audits, time-off approval, policy creation, hiring approval process and applicant scorecards.

•	Exemplified problems solving techniques by analyzing the Expedited Past Due Items Report to fix errors or inconsistencies on purchase orders in order to ensure items are received and invoices are paid.
•	Oversaw notifying our top vendors about our new warehouse launch and ship-to address update for one out of our four major locations
•	Articulated suspected problems with vendors, suppliers, and other internal departments through written and verbal communication to maximize resolutions
•	Continually reorganized all data relevant to each purchase order to sustain clarity for the department

We believe in bringing a science to advertising. We are doing this through two tools that help direct-to-consumer brands with video advertising. 

The first is, generGrade, an AI-based predictive tool that grades the effectiveness of video advertising content before you post. generX, our second product, is a text-to-video model that generates video ads with the highest probability of success.
