Every day, I work with project stakeholders to drive the UX/UI from concept to delivery. I create high-quality mockups and clickable prototypes that embody the end-to-end user journey (In Figma). I facilitate the handoff of design requirements, clickable prototypes, and assets to developers by working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering leads in order to ensure the final result provides the intended value to stakeholders and customers by always responding to feedback and making adjustments as needed throughout the Agile process.

I was brought in to be the very first product designer on a small team within this larger organization to help them pivot from a marketing services based company into a growing SaaS one. Since being here, I’ve worked on a variety of projects where needed -- such as marketing sites, landing pages, mobile apps, internal tools for sales teams, client portals, emails, and our flagship product, Thryv. Now, I have the honor to work with and lead a team of people while focusing mostly on new, innovative products and solutions for our customers.

‍I was responsible for the end-to-end UX and design for projects on both web and mobile (iOS) platforms. I lead all aspects of user experience design, from developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, to working with the front end/engineering team on implementation. I set up tests, analyze data, research user behaviors, and work closely with our stakeholders, customer support and engineering teams in order to identify pain points in our products and overall experience. I would constantly prototype and test different interaction designs ultimately striving to build a culture that promotes and values design and design iteration throughout the organization.
