It's like saying, "Hey, we're in this together, whether it’s scrubbing pots or plotting our next big adventure."This kind of teamwork doesn't just lighten the load; I believe, it also strengthens bonds and breaks down outdated stereotypes.

And when done around young kids, it teaches the next generation that everyone’s contribution is valuable and necessary, regardless of gender.

While PCOS is primarily known for its physical symptoms and impact on reproductive health, its influence extends far beyond that, deeply affecting mental well-being.

It's a condition marked by symptoms like irregular menstrual cycles, excessive hair growth, acne, and fertility issues. 

But the battle with PCOS isn't just physical. 

Experts say PCOS patients are at three times higher risk of experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression as opposed to women without it.

Diet plays a pivotal role in managing PCOS. Hormonal imbalances in PCOS can lead to insulin resistance, making blood sugar management a key aspect of dietary planning. 

Here's how you can tailor your diet to better manage PCOS:

✅ Low-Glycemic Index Foods: Opt for whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, and non-starchy vegetables. These foods cause a slower rise in blood glucose levels as compared to high-carb foods. 

✅ Lean Proteins: Incorporate lean protein sources like chicken, fish, tofu, and legumes. They help in managing weight and blood sugar spikes.

✅ Healthy Fats: Include sources of healthy fats such as ghee, avocados, olive oil, and omega-3s found in fish. These fats are essential for hormonal balance and can reduce inflammation.

✅ Dairy in Moderation: Some women with PCOS may benefit from lower dairy intake, as certain dairy products can impact hormone levels. Opt for plant-based alternatives if necessary.


Eating right is key, but taking care of your mental health is just as important if you have PCOS.

Women with PCOS often feel more depressed or anxious. It's important to get help for both your mind and your diet.

Remember, you're not alone. Getting help from doctors, nutrition experts, and support groups really helps.

Walmart has spent $30 billion on goods from India in the last 20 years. (The Economic Times)

Mind-blowing!!

But, why India? 

Well, it's a treasure of products. 
Textiles, jewellery, handicrafts – you name it, India has it. 
And Walmart knows a good thing when it sees it.


This isn't just about buying and selling, though. 
This trade has created jobs, lots of them, in India. It's a big deal for small manufacturers and artisans. 
They get to showcase their skills on a global stage.

This trade benefits us, the consumers, too. 

How? 

By bringing a variety of quality Indian products to a Walmart store, shoppers get to enjoy global diversity right in their shopping carts!

And let's not forget technology and sustainability. Walmart's partnership is supposed to be pushing for better technology and greener practices in manufacturing. It's not just business; it's directed towards responsible business.

Why should we care? 

Because this is more than just numbers and deals. It's about connecting worlds, sharing cultures, and growing together. When we pick up that beautiful Indian-made vase or wear that stylish garment, we're part of this huge, amazing trade story.

Think receiving a blank carton from a brand you want to try is okay? We don't.

 
I posted this on our IG last week, sharing an experience of ours with a brand showcased on Shark Tank recently. 

Got a lot of DMS from some brands, claiming it's fine. I think they are missing the point completely.

Here's why: A promise is a promise. A customer bought a product they saw, and chose to spend their money basis what you showcased. 
A blank carton? That's a broken promise. It's not just about the product; it's about respect, trust, and the experience. To every brand out there: your packaging is your handshake, your first impression, and sometimes, your last chance. Make it count. 

Customers deserve complete, fulfilling experiences.
Anything less is unacceptable.
