Safe branding is BAD branding. 

See you can go on, copy your competitor's entire 
branding with the hope that you'll get the same hype. 

But guess what? 
Delulu is not always solulu. 

Cause you can surely copy their content, logo, brand colors or what so ever you can see

But how you gonna copy something which
your eyes cannot capture?

Yup, I'm talking about brand's
- Personality
- Purpose 
- Value
- Core 

So instead of following these cheap tactics 
Try being BRAVE. 

-Brave enough to be real
-Brave enough to be weird 
-Brave enough to accept & learn
-Brave enough to challenge yourself
-Brave enough to show up everyday 
-Brave enough to step out your comfort 
-Brave enough to try & fail & try & fail &......
-Brave enough to put in some goddamn work 
-Brave enough to stand up everytime you fall  

(Woah stop right there girl! 
you see why I don't write such phases?) 

Nevertheless what exactly I mean to say is 

Copying can feel easy & all fun until reality hits 
and congrats now your brand is all shallow from inside. 

And the only reason is you are tryna be YOU
but with a freaking mask on, and trust me it NEVER works

I was legit a ghost for almost 2 weeks straight.

And there were even days where, 

- I didn't show up at all for my people 
- I didn't even drop a single comment or DM 
- I didn't even dare to open LinkedIn for 3 days 
(the worst) 

And just after 2 posts my impressions went like crazy. 

So what's the secret ? 

It's simple Content + Connections

Have you ever noticed, that everytime I come
back here after a break

I always drop a post about the reason for it. 
I always make sure to fill those gaps. 

This way I give a very personal glimpse to my 
audience about my circumstances 

(Most human thing right?)

Which strengthens the trust among us and
give them a reason to hold on and come back

No matter, it's life or LinkedIn
People remember how you make them feel

Being practical is great but filling those emotional gaps is something you should never neglect..

So it's literally in your hands

You can either cry and blame the algorithm 
or function like a human and put in some real work.

There is this 1 solid reason why people
don't read your post 

(surprisingly nobody really talks about it)

Have you ever shared something super valuable 
And nobody really cares to look into it? 

Then you might have scared your audience off. 

And this happens when you share high value
content with less flow in it. 

So here is a 5 step guide to make it smooth like better. 

➙ Map out your message : 
Lead with a precise and attention grabbing hook, come on you only got 3 sec 

➙ Slowly lean into it : 
Open up the message by setting the frame
leading questions or phases 

➙ Come right to the fruit : 
Don't drag the frame too much, come right at
the point now, deliver your message clearly

➙ Wrap it up nice & good : 
Now that you have their attention with your set up, don't let them be disappointed 

➙ Open the door for them 
Show them a clear direction with an actionable 
CTA to move ahead. 

Just know that too much information can scare 
people away so the best way to deliver value is by being creative.

It's Brand message VS Brand Position 

I have seen A LOT of people mixing these
both up or even considering both of them as one.

Well, just like every other brand element they are connected but NOT one

So let's see what makes them different and
yet connected. 

● Brand Messaging: 
is how you communicate with your
target audience to convey your brand's 
- Identity 
- Selling point
- Value Proposition 


● Brand Positioning: 
is how you position your brand in the
market to stand out among competitors and
- Create alliance 
- Strengthen trust 
- Build firm authority

But both, brand messaging and positioning 
works hand in hand. 

Because brand positioning is how you are different and what makes you stand out 

While, brand messaging makes sure to convey the right message to let people
know why and how you stand out. 

And I believe brand messaging comes first as
it helps to create that perception of your brand 
among your audience.

Once my ex quoted something that now 
became a part of my daily coping mechanism. 

June 2023- I had a major work fallout. 
due to some weird, valid, stupid reasons.

I was scattered and scared with absolutely 
no idea what I should do next. 

→ I was graduated 
→ Had responsibilities  
→ Was so close to move back home, 

and that too with no work? 
Ahh I still got chills in my spin.

The chaos created a negative impact on me 
and I got crazy deep on self doubt

And he was the only person who was 
on a mission to be my biggest cheerleader 

Once I was on a call with him and we were 
so in deep conversation about how life is 
demanding us to push our limits 

And how these doubts are being too harsh on us. 

Then my boy went like : 

"You know what Tanushka, look at it this way, 
that whatever you are going through right now 
is adding on to your bigger picture,

These little struggles are what going 
to make your bigger picture, perfect, just as you are" 

Sure, we parted our ways, coz well, life happened 
but this is something I carry with myself since that day. 

So now no matter what happens to me
good or bad,

I sit with myself to constantly remind me that, 
it's for my bigger picture. 

That, this all is not going to be in waste

And this is the exact takeaway 
I want you to carry from here 

That no matter in your professional & personal 
life, all your challenges are the part of bigger picture. 

→ Take risks to make it shiny. 
→ Speak up for yourself to make it bold.
→ Make mistakes & learn to make it flawless. 

Go crazy with bold thoughts and big dreams, 
coz if not you who else will? 

After all it's your bigger picture.

I have beef with people who promise sales

Like straight up, "I'll get you 5 clients in one month" 

REALLY? 

How come you are going to do it without
even knowing at what stage the brand is currently? 

For instance, you just onboarded a client with 
a of promise 3 leads in a month

And later you figured out that the brand is at
very early stage. 

So now in one month, you have to set up the
entire brand strategy, and ALSO get them 3
leads. 

But now you just can not back off as you gave
your word, so basically you are fuckedd. 

(Ahh even the thought of it is giving me chills)


So, Instead of desperate selling with false
promises. 

🔺Try this. 
- Change your narrative 
- Be more practical & realistic 
- Understand brand basics before 
- Be crystal clear about your own offer 
- Prioritize metrics over big-ass promises 
- Shift your focus from money to solution 
- Understand the pain point & be empathic 
- Show them the path to reach from point A to B 

Trust me you do not need to fool people to 
close them you just need to have the clarity 

- Be CLEAR about your promise 
- With a CLEAR firm process 
- With a CLEAR outcome 
- For a CLEAR target 
   customer

It's mid week and here I am with some,       
Reminders you might need today:


• It's about little steps, there is no way to reach at the top, if you won't take those steps


• Showing up matters but not at the cost of your well-being, you are allowed to take a day off. 


 • There is nothing like 'perfect'. Perfectionism is the enemy of execution, it's better to get it done. 


• It's not about being better than everyone but being different. Embrace your weirdness, it's who you are!


• ''Fake it until you make it'' sure but try 'face it until you make it' you're gonna hate me but it will be worth it.


• Your kindness will stick with you in the long run, make sure you hold it tight. 


• Your haters are just a bunch of insecure people, it's not you but them! But make sure you give them hell of a show to die on. 


• You will fail, miserably, but hold yourself when you rise up again. 


I want you to know, just because your journey is different, it still matters. 

Don't let anybody tell you otherwise. ❤️

6 out of 10 people got personal branding wrong

All they are doing is adding their classy                      pictures and posting generic tips.

Like come on, I can find these boring tips on 
google too, tell me something new. 

No cap, every freaking day I come across
tons of such profiles who are doing the exact 
same mess and call it their "personal brand" 

You have to understand that it's so straight. 
Personal Branding = Personal + Branding 

The word "PERSONAL" comes first, before branding. 

And you are skipping that part? 
It's like skipping cheese on pizza (scary)

- Posting a perfect picture is not personal branding but much beyond that: 

- It demands the art of storytelling  
- It demands some balls to own your shit
- It demands courage to put down those walls
- It demands both emotional & practical vision 
- It demands the unfiltered & failure you. 
- It demands the process & struggles 
- It demands tears and sweat 

Ahh well I just can go on, but formatting fits
good so I'll rest it here. 

But my point is do not come and complain 
about not having community or impression 
or engagement or what so ever.

If putting up a fancy picture with generic
text is all you can do. 

What you put out there, comes back to you
Remember? Good or bad?

Just 1 week of 5 days posting and 
here are the results 

Okay but little back story. 

So, for the last 3 months, I've been posting 
3 times a week, which means alternate weekdays 

And honestly that strategy worked like magic for me, 
it gave me space to think and create

While being able to participate in events 
and engage with my community 

Until last month, when stress took over and 
I couldn't keep it together 

And as Results : 
- Lost my motivation to show up
- Lost consistency to write everyday  
- Frustrated due to crazy creative block 
- Started relying on repurposing content
- Impressions crashed down straight to hell

But as they say "it's not over until it's over" 

I took a deep breath and promised myself to 
post atleast 5 days a week and here we go after 1 week. 

And it's less about impression here but 
more about the ideas flooding in my head 

and how my heart feels when I sit to
write it down. 

I can feel it coming back, and that's a win for me. 

Take this as a sign for you to switch 
your strategy and experiment 

I never thought the 3 strategy would
work like magic for me but it did. 

I never thought the magic strategy will
take away my consistency but it did. 

But if I wouldn't give it a shot, 
I wouldn't know 

The point is to be smart enough to know
when to change and what to change. 

So, change → change → change → until it works out
