Set up an extremely lean bootstrapped manufacturing process. Innovated with limited machinery and manpower to deliver state-of-the-art preservative-free meat products. Experimented with several forms and processes of packaging, developed quality control processes. Developed ways to keep minimum inventory and ensure zero wastage. Built a robust last-mile cold-chain cost-efficient delivery setup.

Set up the branding, positioning and narrative of the company. Established brand authority in relevant social networks, based on extensive user research. Built a seamless retention plan and consumer experience from website interactions, to delivery and support.
