There is no need to take termination negatively!! If taken positively, it can bring positive changes to your life.
this phase is a part of life !! this is not a life

I am also a terminated person 😀 !! but I positively took this rejection! And here my success is in front of you today I am living my dreams
If I had given up at that time, I might not have been living my dream today.

Here are some pointers !! which I followed

1. Remember Your Worth: Your value isn't defined by your job status; believe in yourself and your abilities.

2. Learn and Adapt: Use the experience to learn from any mistakes and improve for the future.

3. Self-Care: Take care of yourself physically and emotionally during this challenging time.

4. Set Goals: Define new objectives for yourself to stay focused and motivated.

Delete these few things from your CV.


1. Marital status
2. Your high school and primary details if you have attended college
3. Your religion
4. Your hobbies. Nobody is going to shortlist your CV
because you live traveling. Unless it is a travel agent job.
5. Non-professional email addresses. Ensure that your
email address is professional and appropriate for job
applications.
6. Long Paragraphs, instead use bullet points to present
information clearly and concisely.
7. Irrelevant work experience. 
For example you are applying for an accountant job and you indicate that you have been working as a sales executive of XYZ company.


Adding extra stuff to make your CV longer can hurt your chances. 
Please just keep it short and to the point by only including what's important.

This is how I answered with my whole heart 😀 



Sometimes, I get angry when someone treats me like a kid and sometimes I want to live my life like a child.

Sometimes, I want to say "I am an adult now and I can make my own decisions" and sometimes, I just want to keep the adult baggage aside and want someone to tell me what should i do with this life.

Sometimes, it makes me proud not to be dependent on my parents, but it still makes me happiest when Mumma brings me something from the market.

Sometimes, I feel lost and confused about what's next. And, sometimes I just want to enjoy the present doing what I love.

Sometimes, I aspire to travel the world and sometimes I feel too lazy to even get out of bed.

Sometimes, the feeling of the amount being credited to your account feels the best. But, later you realize it's more about managing that money, paying bills, and limiting expenses.

Sometimes, I am ready to help the entire world and sometimes I can't even fix my problems.

Sometimes, I want to become a millionaire and sometimes I just explain to myself that how Money is not everything.

Sometimes, I feel scared of losing my friends one by one. And, sometimes, I feel relaxed just talking to myself understanding that's all that I need.

Sometimes I feel! I am so blessed and sometimes I feel I am số unlucky 

Sometimes I feel I am a very kind-hearted person 
Sometimes I feel I did very wrong to people

Sometimes, l try to run to achieve everything in life as soon as possible. And, sometimes l just slow down to appreciate how far I have come and celebrate every progress especially the ones that no one else can see.

And, here I am juggling between the two versions of myself and trying to find the balance between the two

During my recent visit to Bangalore, I found myself sipping coffee across from a bright-eyed HR enthusiast Tanvi Khandelwal. She is an HR aspirant, content writer, influencer at this tender age…& I found that she is more eager to unravel the mysteries of human resources. As we chatted, her questions flowed like a gentle stream:

“What’s HR all about?” she asked, stirring her latte.
I leaned in, my own cup of wisdom steaming. “Tanvi- HR isn’t just about policies and paperwork. It’s a symphony—a delicate balance of people, purpose, and profit.”

🌟 Act I: The Stakeholder Ensemble
“Imagine, Tanvi , I said “that your HR role is a grand concert hall. The stage? Your organization. And who’s in the audience?”
Tanvi furrowed her brow. “Employees?”
“Yes,” I nodded. “But also the CEO, the CFO, the CHRO—the whole C-suite. They’re your VIPs. And don’t forget the external customers—they’re clapping in the balcony.”

“Now,” I continued, “your sheet music is a mix of KPIs, engagement surveys, and org charts. You play the Business Sonata—each note resonating with business strategy.”
“But what about the employees?” Tanvi asked.
“Ah,” I smiled. “They’re your soloists - ie each employee contributing with their unique talent to the organisations symphony)

“That’s when you conduct,” I said. “Performance reviews, conflict resolution—the baton is yours. Keep the rhythm steady.”

“And so,” I concluded, “when you sit at that boardroom table, remember: You’re not just an HR pro. You’re the compass—the North Star guiding the ship. Stakeholders watch, applause echoing.” HR is not just about having seat at the table, having genuine voice at the table, speaking about business with HR expertise.
Tanvi’s eyes sparkled. “I want to be that compass,” she whispered.
“Then,” I said, “let your HR symphony play on. The world needs more navigators like you.”
