As an experienced recruiter, trainer and events professional, I've spent the majority of my career working in (or alongside) the recruitment industry and I think it’s fair to say that it has now become part of my DNA. I count myself lucky to have had some great roles over the years, from implementing countrywide IT projects to managing international events, however, returning to the nuts and bolts of recruitment and becoming part of the close-knit team at The Recruitment Consultancy suits me down to the ground. I never came into recruitment to hit sales targets, I genuinely wanted to help people with their careers and to find them the right jobs - and I’m still the same now (as are the rest of our team and that’s why the business is still going strong after 25 years).
