Maayan Gordon and I had a profound conversation a few weeks ago where she said, “Sometimes the thing — is the very thing you need — to shift the whole damn thing.” Sounds like a Dr. Seuss riddle 🤣 I know but we were discussing how women have to be creative to fund their businesses and how in the quantum world — probability and possibility can co-exist at the same time.

Let’s look at probability — the stats like:
✨Only 2 percent of women get VC funding — that number drops if you are a diverse founder. 

✨Only 1.2 percent of women have a net worth of over one million dollars. Despite 58 percent of us owning businesses and creating job opportunities within our communities. 

✨A lot of brands have pulled back from investing in women led events (I have been told this several times “off the record”).

The good news is — as we already established — possibility exists as well — this is a more expansive place to build from. It invites us to get curious so we can redesign and reimagine a better way to grow, fund and scale our businesses moving forward. 

So I asked myself all of the who, what if and how questions in trying to solve for building a circular economic engine around women-led businesses.

We magnetized in a technical co-founder and just like that — in less than six months we are ready to launch in just under six weeks.

What did we do?

✨We unlocked the web and removed silos. Say goodbye to last click attribution and hello to multi-touch attribution.  In our model, the entire value chain of influence gets rewarded. 

✨We fueled the marketplace with this patent-pending technology so more super fans can support the brands they love through our share to earn feature. 

✨We layered in a community and education platform to build trust at scale. 

✨Since we are rewilding the World Wide Web and putting it back into the hands of people— we become an open network not the closed social platforms we currently play in. 

✨We have redesigned what an affiliate or influencer program looks like so there is real impact for both the consumer and brands. 

✨Say goodbye to the algorithmic noise — now aligned brands can rise and reign supreme in our model.
