•Developed, managed and implemented an internal facing, data-driven tool to accelerate Business Transformation. Tool used to inform insights into time spent on activities and opportunities to streamline business processes/tools for 800 people, 10 different roles and 31 Divisions. Provided themes and recommendations to SVP leaders resulting in prioritization of work across product and process.  
•Built prototype approach for Enterprise Cost Accounting by redesigning processes/tools/routines and drive to adoption to deliver improved item profitability. 
•Evolved Assortment Planning processes for digital guardrails, goals and routines to support evolving guest experiences. Created/delivered streamlined routines to merchants to elevate digital acumen and enterprise guest experience, simplifying accountabilities to drive the enterprise assortment in the digital channel.
•Facilitated and drove creative solution by developing an efficient enterprise assortment report to pull condensed data with accurate reporting, resulting in time savings and consolidation of 5 user system views and 4 platforms. Lead Program Manager- Merchandising Process

Led holistic measurement approach to build sustainable operational support. Tracked business critical deliverables to drive strong business health and delivered health of the business updates/escalated issues to SVPs and transformation office on a weekly basis. 
•Drove divisional leader adoption and constructed questionnaire for 36 leaders to assess understanding of roles, delegation of work, and outstanding questions. Findings were leveraged to inform future learning engagements.  
•Developed creation of sustainable site merchandising and enterprise buying new interaction model including clear roles and responsibilities, collaboration and delivers superior digital site experience. This included creation of 7 digital workshops to expand team digital knowledge.
•Created first quarterly Objective Key Result (OKR) survey and measurement approach to demonstrate progress or setbacks for product owners. Captured qualitative and quantitative analysis, to identify which metrics provide value for users in an Agile environment. 
•Partnered with Pricing and Promotions COE on role accountabilities for regular retail changes. Drove and initiated a streamlined process and worked with multiple cross-functional partner teams to identify decision rights for non-competitive price changes.  
•Facilitated cross-team project management and measurement training for multiple teams, including industry-leading approach to adoption measurement.

Drove enterprise results for Kitchen businesses through strategic inventory planning for 1300+ owned and national brand items, executing transitions, salesplans and Ads to support $135M+ in sales annually. Delivered instocks contributed to strong sales results of a 5% ad-ad comp and $4M beat to plan sales. 
•Initiated Target.com brand analysis project in Bakeware to identify a market gap of over $1.5M. Determined creative solutions to drive guest experience and profitability through recommendations on casepack negotiations, product content, unproductive inventory, SKU count and missing item types in the assortment. 
•Created and implemented omnichannel Ad process to deliver profitable promotions, drive sales and a better guest experience. Delivered 43 consecutive weeks of instock Ads, improved LY department scorecard by 48%.
