As a Global Learning Specialist, I supported the development of all our 365,000 people in EY Globally across all service lines by coordinating deployment and implementation of multiple global and multi-region physical, virtual and blended learning courses within EY and the EY Badges program which is our internal global accreditation and recognition program. Further to this I coordinated the EY Tech MBA program and was involved in its launch and awarding of the world first EY Tech MBA.

Event management for both internal and external functions is also a part of this role, as is the ability to liaise with clients and other contacts.
