This was a senior leadership position operating across the entire Agency family with a mandate to integrate digital strategies into all brand and communications projects. Working closely with the Account Service & Creative teams and directly with clients, my role was to develop, propose and sell-in strategic digital solutions that enhanced customer engagement and provided world-class customer experiences. 
I left this position as I prepared for the birth of my first child.

This role was specifically created to take the Agency into the digital age. As a proven specialist in the field, I was engaged to develop digital strategies and solutions for the existing Agency client base as an adjunct to the traditional offerings that were being provided. Further, I was expected to up-skill the Account Management staff with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, develop tools for the Agency to utilise for web development and social media management and collaborate on pitch work to attempt to grow the client base.

An internationally focussed role with complete responsibility for B2B communications in both the online and offline channels, this position was demanding and challenging. During this period, a significant amount of investment was made in the online presence for the brand and my team and I had an opportunity to deliver some fantastically innovative online solutions to complement the offline initiatives we were executing.

International Marketing & Communications Manager

Woolworths

Complete P&L accountability for Gift Card program across the entire Woolworths Group.
Key responsibilities include product packaging and positioning on a retail and corporate basis, product web presence and B2B sales, new product development, new market identification, ATL & BTL campaigns and management of 3rd party service providers.

Brand & Product Manager

BankWest

As a key member of the East Coast expansion strategy team, this role focussed on growing the BankWest brand through Retail product and channel strategies first in Hobart, then Sydney. A challenger brand, we developed innovative, cost effective ways to acquire new business in a hostile, mature market. Field marketing, in-store execution and retail staff training was the primary focus.
