I am a creative, diligent, and hardworking administrator and Salesforce certified administrator. I have an extensive background in office administration in local government and the charitable sector with excellent and wide-ranging skills and experience in the following areas – executive assistant skills and experience, diary management, project management, research, performance monitoring and evaluation, servicing meetings, and fast and accurate typing and minute taking skills. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organisational skills, with experience of writing reports, correspondence, newsletters, and presentations. I have good interpersonal and communication skills and can form positive working relationships with the people I work with, having experience as the first point of contact in teams and liaising with internal and external colleagues at various organisational levels as well as members of the public. I have a keen interest in IT and technology, having used various IT packages throughout my career, with experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. I also have experience of working with various databases and most recently with Salesforce. Upon discovering Salesforce, I was excited about the manifold creative possibilities within the platform and immediately started thinking about how I could marry this with my experience in office administration to improve business processes, data quality, performance monitoring, and reporting. I enrolled on the Supermums Salesforce Administrator Professional Development Programme in May 2023, a 20-week course that provided 15 hours per week of training in Salesforce Administration with weekly webinars, working assignments, and internship experience. This programme helped me pass the exam to become a Salesforce Certified Administrator, and this adds further value to my skills as an administrator as I have a good, solid understanding and knowledge of business processes that can be automated within Salesforce that will improve organisational efficiency. I love to problem solve, have good attention to detail, and have excellent creative and analytical skills. I believe my skills, knowledge, and experience in administration make me an asset to any organisation.
