Experiential Marketing Specialist

TED Conferences

Served as build-out crew lead for TEDWomen 2021. Assigned tasks and duties to build-out crew, corresponded with TED Team on deliverables and completion. Coordinated breaks and schedules. Received inventory and deliveries from trucks, assisted with unpacking and packing. Liaison with vendors and delivery services. Interpreted floor plans to move and place inventory from the loading area into the event space. Assembly, placement and disassembly of furniture, props, lighting and decor property-wide in 10+ separate activation spaces. Troubleshooting and repair of equipment. Maintained a clean event space and safe work environment. Kept detailed inventory of items, prepared and labeled for storage at the end of the event.

Cann is a social tonic infused with a microdose of cannabis.

As a Field Manager, I recruited, trained and managed a team of 12+ brand ambassadors to market and sell the product across the LA metro, maintaining an inventory of BA kits, marketing assets and the Cann van as a mobile marketing vehicle. 

We supported many departments of this rapidly growing CPG company (Marketing, Sales, VIP and Ops) by hosting samplings and educating the public about the benefits of microdosing cannabis at dispensaries, field activations, and networking events. I also assisted with product drops and other special projects as needed. 

Brand ambassadors worked on commission in retail accounts to meet and exceed sales goals, and at field events, drove DTC sales via our delivery partners. This team built crucial relationships with dispensary personnel, industry contacts, and our growing customer-base to elevate Cann as a breakthrough beverage to the #1 selling cannabis drink in California. 

We introduced Cann as a concept, made it a reality via Liquid on Lips, and built lasting brand love and loyalty. Our success in Southern California was used as a blueprint for roll-out to six other markets during Cann’s rapid expansion. During this time Cann’s national BA roster increased from 15 to 150 across 7 markets with our home-market leading the charge. Through our efforts, we saw on-premise sales averages for top performers triple.

Field Market Manager - LA

Ascent Talent, Model, Promotion Ltd.

Managed five-week “Charged By Nature” regional mobile marketing and sampling tour of the Southern California area on behalf of ASHOC Performance Energy. Drove branded van with assets for 10x10-30 set-up: tent, counters, coolers, pop-out awning, vertical jump challenge and tech elements including tablets, speakers, television and Bluetooth microphone headsets to and from event sites. Managed 8 activations in partnership with local gyms, fitness centers and wellness events to introduce and reinforce the ASHOC brand with target consumers and conduct ASHOC fitness challenge. Collaborated with videographers to deliver weekly recap reels. Performed data and content capture as well as post-event reporting. Worked side-by-side with client and account managers to ensure satisfaction and success of the campaign.

Created an updated website to streamline comp card process.

Scouted, screened and signed new parts modeling talent. Styled, photographed and filed parts digitals. Collected and filed paperwork into job folders for archives.

Prepared submission packages, negotiated SAG and non-union contracts, and coordinated with production personnel to manage talent on-site for clients such as OPI and Stella Artois.

Senior Talent Agent

Contracted for move, downsize and tech modernization of a medium-sized office (5 work stations and a studio) to founder and CEO’s back house/home office. Managed logistics including hiring and invoice processing for an IT consultant, movers, handymen and other contractors. Delegated tasks to contractors. Deposits, returns, shipping and receiving. Sourced and assembled furniture, office supplies and decor. Styled a beautiful new space for both bookers and talent to enjoy.

This role required event production, hospitality, customer-service and troubleshooting skills. We were the faces and personalities of Student City, responsible for ensuring travelers had an unforgettable international trip while maintaining a reputation of industry-leading customer service and safety.
