Tarek, Chief Supply Chain Officer for Bechtel Global Corporate, is an executive with more than 25 years of experience in capital project execution in all phases of project life cycle from feasibility, FEED and Execution phases with strong expertise in assessing and establishing high-value supply chains. As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Tarek oversees all supply chain operations, ranging from strategic agreements and global supply assessment to forecasting talent requirements and development, across all of Bechtel’s global business units. Tarek joined Bechtel in 2000 as senior contracts and purchasing specialist in the Energy GBU. Since then, he has held various project management and supply chain management positions, including senior project manager on the Mexico Pacific LNG Project, project manager on the Energia Costa Azul LNG Phase I and NEOM projects, and director of procurement and contract for Riyadh Metro Project. Prior to that, Tarek held senior roles on The Curtis Island LNG projects on Asia Pacific LNG project and PJET in Queensland, Australia.
