Why I Do This I was literally born into meditation—my parents were early pioneers in consciousness studies. Growing up at the crossroads of Eastern contemplative traditions and Western psychology shaped my conviction that inner practice is both art and science. My journey has since been refined through training with revered meditation masters, years teaching at Stanford University’s Health Improvement Program, and field-testing with high-stress professionals in Silicon Valley and beyond.
