Worked in Financial Decisions and Analysis (FDnA) team in transaction services, delivering additional insight for decision making. The team makes use of industry experiences with a commercial mindset and deep technical skills to produce rapid, pragmatic and clear outcomes for our clients. Services include:

Supporting the CFO office - across its critical, value-adding activities for example:
- providing penetrative, timely and easy to use management and board reporting;
- improving cash performance through cash and working capital management; and
- aligning forecasts to the strategic plan by robust and accountable budgeting, planning and forecasting.

Deal Modelling - building confidence for all parties to the transaction:
- improving clarity and transparency for buy-side investors and finance providers;

- Acted as main point of contact for clients to maintain and develop relationships and experienced exposure to senior client personnel;
- Managed key finance procedures, including budgets, arranging resource, processing bills and analysis of key financial variables;
- Developed strong project management and organisational skills through handling high workloads by working on several projects simultaneously;
- Strong understanding over complex accounting and auditing areas such share options, derivatives, knowledge of various GAAP and GAAS;
- Performed data auditing on revenue and journals through using the firm’s specialist software;
- Developed strong review and coaching skills;
- Managed engagements including statutory audits and review engagements;
- Audited group tax calculations, including several complex matters such as transfer pricing, overseas tax, and deferred tax;
- Produced first drafts of Audit Committee reports; and
- Coordinated with several overseas PwC teams and other lines of service such as Tax, Valuations, Pensions, and Risk Assurance.

- Performed a tutor role for 2015 graduate intake in the Uxbridge office, tutoring new intake on Assurance Fundamentals and Audit Application, also tutored Flying Start intake at Reading University in 2015; 
- Mentor to a final year student at Brunel University in 2013; and
- Awarded multiple recognition awards between 2013-2015 in the Uxbridge office.
