Key Responsibilities:

•	Involved with International events (global summits) in Singapore and South Korea with key responsibilities.
•	Responsible for on boarding international partners, clients, associations, vendors, barter alliances, etc. for every event.

•	Responsible for Social Media Posts, like Facebook updates, Facebook Banner Designs, Facebook Ad designs, LinkedIn Posts & Blogs, etc.
•	Solely responsible for Event App And Related Event Page in Content and Creative Designing of each event section, including Mobile & Laptop Banners, Splash Screen, Event Icons and Event Related Content / Information.
•	Responsible for initiating sponsorship marketing opportunities for Mega Business Events of the company organized at various Domestic & International Locations.
•	Responsible for planning and implementation of end to end promotional and branding activities (online & offline) by coordinating with respective agencies.
•	Representing company and its plan at various business platform like seminar, conferences

Business Development : Analysing the market and finding out various opportunities in the market, where there is a potential of Professional AV.
Market Analysis : Analysing the market in terms of upcoming convention centers, revenue potential, scope and opportunity. 
Customer Relationship Management : Ensuring proper communication and control of various operations in the partner properties from the corporate office.
Competition Analysis : Studying various competitors in the AV industry in India and overseas in order to be at par with the international standards which maintaining adequate competitive advantage in domestic market.

My assignment includes designing and documentation of services- service blueprint design, physical evidences, support process, responsibility allocation, escalation matrix.
