With many years of working in the health and care sector I have developed a set of skills I am able to use all of which are interlinked, but means I have a wealth of knowledge and skills to share with you. Having been running my compliance business for over 10 years I have decided that it no longer fills me with joy. I decided I would do the work that makes my heart sing and I believe is my soul purpose. I am using my MBit Master Coach, NLP Master Coach and My ILM7 knowlwedge and skills to support individuals and teams to find their inner wisdom and therefore be able to have the lifestyle they want by reaching their goals. One of my programmes I am developing is my Sprint Programme which is a 21 day programme to help those who are newly diagnosed as pre diabetic to turn it around by using the tools I cover in the 21 day programme.
