Led a variety of contract-based consulting and technical projects within the US Navy enterprise to design, develop, and implement learning solutions, build capabilities, and foster strategic organizational development. Projects included:

- Executing a national leadership development program for over 200 high-potential Navy leaders
- Designing training and program evaluation strategies for the Navy’s Performance Coaching Team of 25 professional coaches and administrators 
- Coordinating a national, 150-member community of practice to continuously improve work processes, foster knowledge-sharing, and develop skills across the ship-maintenance enterprise

- Developed tailored learning solutions, training materials, and user documentation for app. Coordinated with sales and implementation managers to identify program needs. Advised clients on organizational change management. Consulted with software development and quality assurance teams to improve user experience. Created training for European channel partners on ScholarOne’s app release process
