A multidisciplinary UX research lead with over 12 years of hands-on experience focused on discovery research, strategic research projects, growing research practice and working with product teams. I helped launch startups FinOm, Zelf, ModulBank, Empay. Built from scratch the research function at SberMarket, created user segmentation for Avito and ManyChat.
