Digital:
Global Digital Advertising Operations Associate www.medscape.com and other WebMD sites. Mainly focusing on Ad Operations in Latin America and Canada

Responsible for managing over $11M in Latin American campaigns and over $25M on other Global campaigns.
QA 1st and 3rd party ads to meet our specs. 
Action and implement ad-serving across desktop, mobile web and mobile app. Use multiple software such as AdBook, Google Ad Manager, and LiveIntent.
Continuously contribute to initiatives that utilize all ad formats, such as desktop/mobile/app, contextual and audience driven, and proprietary/native. 
Interact with and cross communicate with sales operations, planning, and ad inventory management teams. 

Provide interpretation/translation as requested from my supervisors and peers (English to Spanish and Spanish to English) and also  during meetings with Latin American clients by successfully transitioning between English and Spanish, providing clarity and specific details to all parties involved.

Details:

Pioneer development and implementation of our Advertising Traffic Department. Engineered, trained created commercial logs, radio clocks, advertising agreements, ad campaigns, and sales reports. 

•	Improved ad delivery by ensuring all aspects of our client services, campaign management, and implementation processes were optimized to fulfill our revenue goals. 
•	Successfully established and adhered to reasonable timelines in accordance with Sales to Air Process.
•	Developed and updated operating procedures around traffic and QA
•	Maintained and improved operational workflow for internal and external ad trafficking across all Ramsey Network Platforms. 
•	Worked closely with Ramsey Trusted’s VP of National Providers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Enablement Team and Senior Marketers
•	Processed and trafficked national agreements, advertising requests and generating monthly invoices/billing for national advertisers.
•	Developed and implemented current Podcast hosting platform (Megaphone) and created commercial advertising orders and campaigns for all Ramsey Network Podcast shows. 
•	Managed, analyzed and reported on Podcast, Broadcast, YouTube Network, and CNL (Company Newsletter) Ad inventory.
•	Managed automation and traffic system for all shows and platforms. Multi-tasked on Megaphone(Spotify) campaigns and Aquira campaigns, as well as implementing, testing, and QAing both broadcast and digital traffic. 
•	Kept track of deadlines according to VCreative and implemented future changes for all Ramsey Network Platforms. 
•	Collaborated with Ramsey Network Podcast producers by identifying and developing opportunities for ad inventory availability and add new streams of revenue.

Responsible for efficiently managing, processing, and supporting broadcast traffic; oversaw commercial scheduling and ensured production and quality of commercial copy. Headed the software transition from DeltaFlex to Wide Orbit, manually transferring all data, logs, and reports to the new system, resulting in increased efficiency and organization. Instrumental in event production and pre-production processes; promoted company events, while assisting with all communications and mass email marketing. Participated in commissions and budget meeting, delivering commission statements and reports to management. Played a key role in acquiring special programming clients to fill open time slots and ensure smooth programming.

Successfully translated marketing campaigns, social media posts, and event invitations to expand influence with Spanish-speaking audiences; identified and offered 500 church leads, with 60% being Spanish-speaking, for Christian radio station.
