In my coaching practice, I often use evidence-based techniques from positive psychology and neuroscience.
I’m deeply fascinated by how the mind can be rewired, how language can shift our emotional state, and how intention, when embodied, shapes reality.

And yet, through all the research, study, and experimentation, one ritual has remained my anchor for more than ten years, the very first practice I tried long before I became a coach:
Writing my life, chapter by chapter.

It’s both my compass and my mirror.
Every day, I open my diary and write my story as I want it to be.
I describe how I feel, what I create, who I’m surrounded with, how I make an impact that feels true to my purpose.

This ritual isn’t just journaling. It’s a ritual of creation, a way of meeting my future self before the world catches up.

As I write, I feel it in my body, I program my mind, and I choose the energy I want to live in, then meet it with the actions that bring it to life.

Maybe I’m an unfixable romantic… but I love romanticising life, every sunrise, every word, every small miracle that whispers, “You’re already on your way.”

Because every reality begins as a story someone dared to believe in.

Humans work the same way.

Your failures are underpaintings that give strength to the final image.

Nothing is wasted.
Nothing is meaningless.
Every layer becomes part of who you are becoming.

This is why coaching matters.
Not because people need transformation handed to them.
But because most of us have never been taught how to pause, observe our own canvas, and choose our next intentional stroke.
