Tauseef's journey is a testament to resilience and determination. 

Growing up in a small town in UP, he faced significant family opposition to his education. Despite financial challenges, his mother’s stitching job allowed him to persevere through school. In 2006, Tauseef moved to Delhi with the ambition to support his family financially. However, his early corporate experiences were fraught with ridicule for his communication skills, stalling his career growth.

Struggling to be understood, Tauseef's management perceived him as a hard worker who lacked effective communication skills. This perception limited his career advancement and left him feeling rejected and frustrated. Determined to overcome this obstacle, he resolved to transform his communication weakness into a strength.

Through relentless self-improvement, Tauseef honed his skills and went on to achieve remarkable success. With over 15 years of experience managing projects in Telecom, Banking and Financial, HMS, and Global Tech Support and Service Delivery Operations, he has become a seasoned leader. His expertise is backed by certifications in ITIL, PMP, and Prince2,CSM, Certificate in communication skills by University of London. among others.

Today, Tauseef is the Head of Program Management at Genpact & an Internationally certified communication coach.

He excels in end-to-end project management, continuous process improvement, client services, and communication management. He has received numerous accolades, including Best Project Manager and Start Performer awards, and recognition from senior stakeholders and customers. Proficient in tools like Field Glass, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, and JIRA.

Tauseef is also a seasoned communication coach, passionate about empowering others to improve themselves and become the best versions of themselves.

Sanju Samson sat in the stands during the 2024 T20 World Cup part of the squad, not part of the team. He didn’t play a single game in the USA and Caribbean.  

He watched others celebrate. He visualised. He worked.

Then came the New Zealand series. Dropped again. Right after that series, he was completely broken felt like his dreams had shattered. 
But Sanju didn’t quit. 

He reached out to Sachin Tendulkar. They had long, meaningful conversations and the night before the World Cup final, Sachin called to check how he was feeling. 

That belief carried him to the biggest stage. He scored 97 in the Super 8, 89 in the semi-final, 89 in the final — three consecutive 80+ scores, a feat only Mahela Jayawardene had achieved before.  321 runs. Strike rate of 199. Player of the Tournament.  India. World Champions. Again.
This is what faith in the dark looks like.

5 Lessons from Sanju Samson’s Comeback:
	1.	Visualise before you’re visible. He dreamed of his World Cup performance while sitting on the bench. The work started long before the spotlight did.
	2.	Being dropped isn’t the end, it’s data. He admitted he was trying too hard and needed to return to his basics and respect the game.  Self-awareness beats ego every time.
	3.	Seek mentors in your darkest hour. He didn’t suffer in silence. He called Sachin Tendulkar. The greatest are never too proud to ask for guidance.
	4.	Consistency in private creates explosions in public. His captain noted that even when Sanju wasn’t in the XI, he gave everything for the team off the field.  That unseen effort built his unbeatable comeback.
	5.	Be brave enough to keep dreaming. In his own words “I’m very proud and happy that I was courageous enough to dream about it.” Courage isn’t the absence of doubt. It’s dreaming anyway.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Year 2020 is when I was introduced to a person named “Success”.

Yesterday I took my 14-year-old son, Mohammad, to a corporate office in Gurgaon.

The idea was simple:
Show him how offices work.
How people collaborate.
How communication shapes results.

But then he asked something unexpected:

“Papa, these people are working here, right?
I want to become a businessman who owns offices like this.”

That moment hit me.

He isn’t just observing work.

Imagine walking into your appraisal meeting expecting a rating decided by someone else, and walking out with the confidence to shape your own career growth. 

That shift is exactly what happened with Girish Chobdar. When Girish first came into the Bolega India Communication Excellence Program, he had strong technical knowledge and delivered solid work, but he struggled to speak confidently in front of senior management.

Have you ever wondered why brilliant senior leaders with 20+ years of experience still struggle to command a room when it truly matters?

I have coached CXOs who manage ₹1000+ crore portfolios, negotiate global deals, and lead thousands of employees yet freeze when they must speak without slides, handle an unexpected question, or influence a skeptical board member. 

The problem is rarely intelligence. It is rarely knowledge. It is almost always habituation. 

Communication is not a talent issue; it is a repetition issue. Years ago, when I moved from a small town in Amethi to Delhi, my technical competence was strong, but my communication habits were weak. 


I would avoid eye contact, shorten my answers, rush through presentations, and stay silent in senior meetings. In 2015, a super boss made a comment that shook me deeply not about my capability, but about how I showed up. 

That day I realized something powerful: every time I stayed silent, I was strengthening the habit of silence; every time I avoided speaking up, I was training my brain to avoid visibility. 


So I flipped the pattern. I started practicing structured responses daily, speaking up at least once in every meeting, recording myself, observing my fillers, and consciously slowing down my pace. Nothing dramatic happened in one week. 

But in six months, people began saying, “You sound different.” In one year, opportunities multiplied. In a few years, I was invited to speak on global stages. 

Not because I became smarter but because I built new communication habits. Senior leaders often wait for confidence before they act; in reality, confidence is the by-product of repeated behavior. 

Habituation rewires identity. If you practice clarity daily, you become clear. If you practice articulation daily, you become articulate. If you practice courage daily, you become courageous. 

The stage does not create confidence habits do. And the harsh truth is this: your current #communication level is simply the sum total of your daily micro-behaviors. 

If you want #executivepresence, build executive habits. 
If you want #influence, build influence habits. 
If you want authority, practice #authority daily.

I stood on a stage in 2017 and went completely blank, 200 people staring at me.


The mic in my hand felt like a weapon pointed at myself.

That day I cried on my way back home and sabotaging myself.

But that failure taught me 3 mistakes I made that I want you to immediately stopped in 2026.

Mistake 1👉 I stopped memorising scripts word by word. I rehearsed sentences like a robot and the moment one word escaped me my entire mind crashed.
I started rehearsing ideas instead and I never froze on stage again

Mistake 2👉I stopped speaking to impress the room. Abraham Lincoln once said the most valuable thing you can offer is what the other person actually needs to hear. I was performing not connecting.

The day I stopped trying to sound smart the room finally started listening.

Mistake 3 👉I stopped running away from silence
Every pause terrified me so I filled it with umm and basically and you know.

Silence is not emptiness it is authority and the most powerful communicators in the world weaponise it.

That 2017 moment broke me open and rebuilt me completely.
