🎙 Client Management and Communication

-Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
-Responding to project inquiries and keeping clients updated and informed at all times.
-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
-Schedule all client meetings and interviews or meetings with client stakeholders.
-Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

-Ensure all client work is completed on time and at perfection
-Ensure all work is reviewed and approved before sending to clients
-Making sure the ball keeps rolling, and that both the Client & Creative/Strategy team have what they need.
-Creating, updating and staying on top of project timelines.
-Work with internal creative teams as well as external suppliers
-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required.
-Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
-Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
-Monitor and assign internal and external resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
-Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
-Meet deadlines and project budgets
-Supervise a team of account managers and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback. 

✎ Administration and Organization

-Organizing and filing project discovery and research into digestible chunks, executing final proofread on finished projects.
-Ensuring all project assets and presentation decks are filed with easy access to the team.

🇿🇦 Mooi Soul – mooi meaning ‘beautiful’ in Afrikaans – is a proudly South African based powdered fruit smoothie aimed at tackling two very important topics that South Africa and many similar economies face: food waste due to products not meeting high ‘A-Grade’ standards and export requirements; and high levels of female unemployment.

👩‍🌾 Our product aims to positively affect 10 million people through our core commitments to empowerment, employment, education, and sustainability.

🇻🇳 While living in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam I worked over and above my full-time position as a part-time Head of Marketing and Advertising at an International Designer Boutique where I managed all social media accounts, including photoshoots and content creation to drive sales both online and instore.

My role included; online marketing, stock management, photo shoot coordination, creative direction, product quality control including factory trips to Bangkok, event organization (both in Vietnam and Australia), Trade Show coordination in Australia & Paris. I was also responsible for the acquisition and management of stockists across Australia and Asia.

I am an experienced Brand Strategist, with a demonstrated history of working in a Start-Up environment (both my own, and others) across departments and markets in America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. 

Motivated to further develop knowledge and experience, I completed my first Master's degree in International Marketing and then moved to San Francisco where I completed my second Master's degree in Business Analytics.
