I was in charge of our Business Development arm of CloudCherry. I was responsible for the strategic direction, process and the the development of internal sales operations. I recruited, hired and trained a team of 35+ SDRs in Salt Lake City, Utah and Bangalore, India. I hired multiple Team Managers in India and collaborated daily with all remote leadrs and SDRs through a series of webcams as well as many visits to India.
