- Developed an internal database that houses all approved external marketing materials

•	Content and CMS management of all Billboard Events platforms ( www.BillboardEvents.com, Billboard Events App) 
•	Implementing all email, print advertising, web and partner promotion campaigns for the lifespan of an event
•	Audience development for the brand 
•	Managing the attendee marketing budget
•	Customer service pre, during and post event for all Billboard Events attendees/users
•	Coordinating programming announcements with our PR agency and Editorial teams
•	Guest list management and table placements
•	Processing and tracking of all invoices for the Billboard Events Group
•	Post event summaries including google analytics, demographics and survey results
•	New product and partnership development
