-  Coordinated with various teams (art, engineering, etc.) to have features completed on timely deadlines. 
- Designed and tested a number of single-player levels for mobile title 'Guardian Kingdoms' using internal engine.  
- Managed social media channels for various games as well as worked on release campaign for mobile title Guardian Kingdoms (which included capturing footage for trailers, delegating asset creation to art team and writing copy for social media posts).

Associate Producer

The day to day tasks were mainly answering emails and communicating with players via our forums. My main focus was on social media by handling various games’ Twitter and Facebook pages to keep players up to date with the latest news and in-game events. 

- Managed a team of 4 customer service representatives to ensure the best experience for our players.
- Managed 3 Facebook game pages, one with nearly 900,000 followers (linked below). 
- Created entire launch campaign with internal marketing team for unreleased title tied to the MARVEL brand. One such project included sending out info placards to the top comic book shops around the country.
- Coordinated with Marvel on a regular basis to ensure assets and features were up to their high quality standard and to align future content updates with major releases (Daredevil Netflix series, Captain America: Civil War, etc.).  
- Designed majority of social media assets and post copy for launch window. (attached below).

Community Manager

Channel Awesome

Helped launch the Blistered Thumbs gaming blog. Responsible for maintaining a particular section of the site: everything ranging from content to grammar, being up to date with a specific type of hardware and software. 

- Wrote articles at least three times a week and wrote software reviews at least bi-monthly of the aforementioned categories.
- Responsible for a fair share of moderating on the site's forums as well as communicating with the readers to foster a good report. 
- Maintaining a good report with a number of publishers for press releases and review copies.
- Created a number of video reviews as well as original projects.

Responsible for managing a team of 4 service representatives across all products, fostering a community via forums and social media outlets, being the liaison between players and developers to better prioritize bugs and features, and occasional quality assurance testing with new products or features.

- Hosted weekly meetings with all game directors, producers and service team members to ensure everyone was on the same page. 
- Regularly met with game directors to ensure the communities' biggest concerns were being answered.
