Bollé Brands, Inc. is a group that owns Bollé, Bollé Safety, Spy Optic, and Serengeti Eyewear. I am responsible for the D2C business in North America. This consists of four eCommerce websites and two Amazon Seller Central accounts across two separate divisions within the organization. I have 3 direct reports and report to the Global VP of Digital.

Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
Own the P&L for D2C (Websites, Amazon, Events, and Owned Retail) in North America for multiple brands under the corporate umbrella.

Lead and mentor a top-performing direct-to-consumer team.

Compile, analyze, and present reports to senior executives.

Handle emergencies and high-pressure situations with calm, strategic execution.

Drive customer acquisition and retention by owning and optimizing all online direct response marketing channels.

Work closely with Marketing and Creative leadership on branding, product, seasonal integrated campaigns, and GTM strategies.

Work closely with Sales Team on real-time optimization of the greater business, covering reporting, market status & outlook, cross-channel SKU optimization, and inventory planning.

Work closely with Operations and Finance on inventory planning and ERP integration, cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting.

Be an agent of change within the organization: motivating, educating, and driving results both operationally and culturally.

Protempo Group

Protempo is a distributor of products and operates multiple brands under its corporate umbrella. Protempo acquired Outdoor Tech in April 2020. While continuing to manage the D2C for Outdoor Tech, I advised on the D2C strategy for other brands under the corporate umbrella. 

Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
Develop and optimize the marketing and direct-to-consumer e-commerce strategy for multiple brands under the corporate umbrella. 

Hands-on execution of the Outdoor Tech D2C business. 

Manage external digital marketing agencies and developers. 

Make data-driven decisions to hit individual brand goals and overall company goals.  

Review and optimize product and operational processes.  

Compile, analyze, and present reports to senior executive staff.

VP of Product Marketing

Outdoor Tech®

Outdoor Tech is a manufacturer of electronic accessories for the outdoor market. After Outdoor Tech was acquired by Protempo, the existing Outdoor Tech CEO left the organization. I was promoted to General Manager to run all aspects of the brand while Protempo management located a long-term General Manager. While acting as the General Manager, I continued to have hands-on responsibility for the D2C channel.

Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the direct-to-consumer channel.

Lead the brand and employees through unprecedented challenges brought on by COVID.

Manage manufacturing process in China and secure on-time delivery to our retail partners.

Develop and iterate consumer products.

Streamline entire brand operations to generate significant profitability and cash reserves.

Interim General Manager

Outdoor Tech is a manufacturer of electronic accessories for the outdoor market. With full control over D2C and marketing, I significantly increased the contribution from D2C to the overall revenue of the company. Retail marketing (tradeshows, in-store, etc.) was a new task for me but I enjoyed the added responsibility. 

Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
Manage P&L and all aspects of the direct-to-consumer channel (eCommerce and Amazon). 

Continually test and optimize digital marketing strategy. 

Own and optimize Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central management and strategy. 

Grow email marketing list to over 200K users. Segment, test, and optimize. 

Optimize and grow affiliate marketing program. 

Forecast marketing spending and annual revenue. 

Compile weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and present them to upper management.

Manage third-party developers, marketing agencies, and PR firms.

Outdoor Tech is a manufacturer of electronic accessories for the outdoor market. I joined the company after a capital investment from a private party. I started the D2C channel at the company and helped grow it into a significant revenue driver. 

Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
Create, implement, and oversee short-term and long-term digital marketing campaigns. 

Develop and grow email marketing campaigns. 

Develop and grow affiliate marketing campaigns. 

Develop and grow social media strategy. 

Develop and manage social media influencer campaigns. 

Continually test and optimize all campaigns to exceed company goals. 

Compile weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and present them to upper management.

Operate in a fast-paced environment and have extensive communication both by phone and by email, and with a diverse set of departments and individuals. 

Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
Prepare initial site analysis/website audit and benchmarking reports. 

Prepare timelines and reports for client campaigns. 

Meet with clients to discuss strategy. 

Ongoing campaign assessment and optimization. 

QA work done by other teams to ensure the highest quality marketing for clients. 

Implement best practices for SEO and SEM on client sites in order to drive rankings and ROI.
