I was responsible for managing the team of 17 employees, including CRM manager, social media manager, SEO/content manager, designer, telemarketing team leader and whole telemarketing team.
My duties were related to strategic marketing and online sales management. I was responsible for planning and monitoring of all main big projects, related to sales and brand development in general.  
Together with my team, i managed to increase the effectiveness of general online performance by 35% and telemarketing incremental effect by around 60%. my main approach - purely data driven campaign management - helped me to succeed as a manager. 
While working for international company - "4Finance", i had a chance to work with best professionals from around the globe and gain the best practical experience not only in general management, but in significant details and tactics of online sales, which helped me to develop my strategic thinking while knowing how each detail worked in overall process. 
After significant regulatory changes towards Payday loans in Georgia and because of timely job offer from "Credo Bank", i decided to leave the company and continue my career in a bigger organization for bigger projects.

I was initially hired as a marketing manager to support company's sales and increase brand awareness among target audience.  I was responsible for managing most of departments daily activities, including campaign planning and execution, leading negotiations with creative agencies and business partners, managing marketing materials and providing proper designs,  managing and analyzing online activities and some more tasks related to overall marketing.  At the same time, i gained a valuable knowledge of commercial production, briefing and copyrighting. 
After about 1 year, on top of my above mentioned activities, i started leading internal communications and developed/executed a full year communication plan, including sales motivation and employee entertainment programs, as well as structured and well-designed information distribution mechanism.
