I review and manage my customers personal and business banking requirements to ensure their finances operate as smoothly as possible and I offer bespoke banking solutions.

It is key to build strong and long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

I am a key point of contact for Wellington Retail banking network who deal with self employed customers. I also offer training and mentoring  to junior staff.
