Responsible for providing core HR services including hiring, background checks, employee movement, HR Data processing and systems support.  Managed service center also providing services for Benefits, Compensation and Payroll support as well as policy interpretation.
Additionally, implemented a tiered service delivery organization that was scalable and financially sustainable.
Played integral role in mapping processes and procedures for conversion of  HR, Time and Payroll systems to new cloud based platforms in 2018

Am responsible for staffing, scheduling, and managing team to achieve the highest of service standards. Managed team to adhere to SLA standards while building cohesive team performance. .
Additionally performed the role as principle Subject Matter Expert for client as served as principal resource for other global teams that serve same client. Constantly reevaluating all processes in accordance with Lean Six Sigma principles and is responsible for the implementation and training of any new or updated process. Business Strategy Analyst

As a Tier 2 Organizational Management Specialist, was instrumental in the implementation of a Fortune 500 company's Global OM project.
 Assisted in all phases of the project's preparation for Launch including testing and coordination with both technical and client representatives to create a global model for multiple country OM processes.
 Upon Go Live, became responsible for functioning with team members from both NGA and a Fortune 500 company to seamlessly manage the OM workload from UK and Sweden and more countries as they are introduced.

 Work as a Tier 1 Point of Contact for managers, employees and retirees performing both simple inquiries and complex case research for questions regarding payroll, tax, benefits and organizational management areas of human resources. Also provided navigational and first level IT support for questions involving self- service functions of service portals 
Function as an inbound agent fielding customer service calls as part of the PeopleFirst project, serving all of the employees of the state of Florida. Duties include operating Avaya telephony system, SAP and Ecase systems  while resetting passwords, answering general human resource, payroll and staffing questions from both current and prospective state employees. Position requires significant use of Microsoft Windows based operating systems and Microsoft Word.

Monitor and report competitive activity. Keep service agreements current and renewed.

Return from route and off load soiled textiles in the receiving area of facility.

Accurately prepare route paperwork and follow check-in procedures.

Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed
