•	Budget Planning: Develop and manage the global IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
•	Provide Microsoft Exchange Mail on-premise environment on a virtual hosting platform
•	Manages mailbox and distribution list per specific requests (creation, changes, and deletion). Manage mail forwarding configurations
•	Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on message processing trend
•	Monitor and report on mailboxes number and the statistics of the mailboxes
•	Monitor and report on administrator activity and the mailbox permission
•	Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance with software patches, fixes, updates and any other significant release changes
•	Input on high-level pre-project assessment and feasibility studies.
•	Plan upcoming projects with various stakeholders to ensure synergies for deployment.
•	Collaborate with Program and Project Delivery Teams to determine and manage project requirements and implementation approach, implementation details including technical knowledge, project staffing headcounts, and project man-day costs for the work plan.
•	Review risks to ensure that projects are completed on time, meeting requirements and within budget.
•	Conduct prioritisation of projects in the work plan and ad-hoc projects.
•	Oversee to ensure that SLAs are met.
•	Oversee a portfolio of projects ensuring they are delivered according to plan (cost, quality, time).
•	Manage vendors contracted for project delivery or operations together with program teams.
•	Determine resource allocation matters such as headcount and location deployment of project teams.
•	Formalise SLAs with users.
•	Report portfolio of project development and maintenance activities to CIO.
•	Track KPIs and ensure compliance with target ratings.
