As an Account Executive Manager for the US market at Factorial HR, I am leading a dynamic team of talented professionals to new heights of success. With a focus on strategic client partnerships, market penetration, and building I am committed to driving growth and results in one of the most vibrant and diverse business environments in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy: Entering the U.S. market requires a comprehensive GTM approach that considers not only the unique features of the HRIS but also the specific nuances of the U.S. business environment. Regular monitoring and adjustments based on market feedback have been essential for market success.

Team Leadership: Guiding and empowering a team of dedicated Account Executives to deliver exceptional performance, while fostering a collaborative and high-achieving culture.

Market Penetration: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and adapting strategies to meet the demands of the US market.

Performance Optimization: Continuously analyzing data and market trends to develop strategies that maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from sales to post-sale support. This includes working closely with Marketing, Inbound, and Outbound SDR teams, Customer Experience, and feeding back to the product team to continue to develop our software.

Once I showed the ability to navigate the more complex outbound deals, I was offered the opportunity to be one of two AEs to launch the Enterprise Market for the UK and IRE. Launching an Enterprise sales department in an organization came with its own difficulties, my responsibilities included;
Strategic Market Segmentation:

Conduct a detailed analysis to segment the enterprise market based on industry verticals, company size, and specific pain points relevant to large-scale businesses.

Target Account Selection: Identify high-value target accounts within the enterprise segment, considering factors such as revenue potential, strategic fit, and long-term growth prospects.

Strategic Value Proposition: Develop and articulate a compelling value proposition tailored for enterprise clients, emphasizing scalability, customization, and direct impact on their business objectives.

Executive-Level Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts to understand their unique challenges and align the SaaS solution as a strategic asset.

Complex Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex enterprise deals, demonstrating an understanding of intricate procurement processes, legal considerations, and financial structures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration for Solution Alignment: Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the SaaS solution aligns with the specific requirements of enterprise clients, providing valuable input to enhance features and functionalities.

Proof of Concept Management: Facilitate and oversee the execution of proof of concept (POC) projects, demonstrating the SaaS solution's effectiveness in addressing the enterprise client's challenges and showcasing its potential impact.

Achieved 134% of Q3 Target 
Achieved  118% of Q4 Target 

Received a deccoration for the largest amount of MMR brought in during Q3, and the largest deal brought into the UK market at the time.


After succeding in the early stages of the sales process I had the opportunity to Join the Account Executive team for Factorial here I had the opportunity to further develop my relationship with potential partners, my responsibilities included;

Market Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and segment based on industry, size, and specific needs. Develop a targeted approach for different segments within the UK & IRE market.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively prospect and generate leads within the UK & IRE market.
Leverage various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to reach potential clients.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and requirements of SMB clients. Tailor product presentations and proposals to address specific SMB pain points.

Product Knowledge and Positioning: Maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS product or service, emphasizing how it meets the distinct needs of SMBs. Position the product as a cost-effective and scalable solution for organizations.

Account Executive - UK & Ireland (OB)

During my time in this role, I focused on generating new business opportunities for the emerging UK & Irish markets by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential partners.

Built and developed email sequences, researched the market, and developed strategies for the team moving forward. 

While succeeding in my own role I also assisted in the training and recruitment of new SDRs.
