•	Directed the strategy and implementation of new online media strategy for multi-million dollar Brand Marketing operation, emphasizing intregration with offline media and coordinating efforts between search and display advertising.
•	Led efforts for the conception and implementation of a new online advertising strategy for Banking division, including new approach in the use of the medium to achieve branding and lead generation to local branches.
•	Introduced new concepts on the use of online media to the Credit Card division to complement ongoing direct response efforts with mid-funnel branding initiatives that are integrated with offline media.
•	Set strategies on the use of new emerging media across all business units as well as serve as instructor for internal Brand College course on Internet Marketing.

•	Directed all facets of Digital Marketing and Media Innovations program, generating nearly fourteen million sales leads and 720,000 online orders in 2006, with 2007-2008 budgets averaging over $100 million annually. Program has been analyzed as the most efficient and effective marketing program at Sprint Nextel.  Managed internal staff of up to seven full-time employees plus over 30 personnel from both creative and media buying agencies.  

•	Developed strategic framework and planned company’s entry into all innovative media opportunities including consumer-generated media and original branded entertainment (In the Motherhood, Ian Westbury), gaming (in-game sponsorship in EA Sports’ Madden ’08 and NASCAR ’08), , DVR and VOD, digital out of home (Reactrix), product and cross-media integration with top-rated network television shows (NBC’s Heroes, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Deal or No Deal, and Fox’s 24 and America’s Most Wanted and The Food Network), peer to peer/file sharing programs and online exclusive reality shows.  In the Motherhood, a partnership with Unilever’s Suave brand, has had two successful webisode seasons and is currently being considered by ABC for a pilot.

•	Spearheaded all digital marketing efforts to generate sales and leads from various sports and entertainment sponsorships including the NFL, NASCAR Nextel Cup title sponsorship, NHL, Bon Jovi,  Talladega Nights, CBS Sports and SportsLine's NFL Halftime Report and ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball and NHL programs.  Activities include online marketing, gaming, direct mail, and cross-media sweepstakes with opt-in email collection.

•	Launched company's first rollout of internet marketing in 1999, resulting in lowest average cost per lead among all marketing activities, utilizing combination of opt-in emails, rich media, and search.

•	Managed all direct marketing efforts as a cost efficient lead source within the overall marketing mix in previous role as Direct Marketing Manager (1999-2000).

•	Developed new direct mail data targeting and segmentation strategies in an effort to increase response rates by identifying segments within the frequent flier market and offering differentiated marketing mix to each.
•	Managed the Southwest Airlines and US Airways partnerships, bringing membership to highest level in program histories.
•	Co-managed all direct mail activities including data and creative strategy as well as production management for company’s nine airline partners.  Responsible for a total of over 230 million pieces of direct mail resulting in over 1.2 million new customers in 1998, best in the history of program.
•	Reduced direct mail production costs by over $4.4 million by implementing new production procedures including gang print runs, compartmentalizing production, and longer-term planning.

•	Managed all telemarketing operations for the Continuity Department, resulting in gross sales of over $6 million, highest ever for the department.  Launched telemarketing operations in Canada, first-year profits of $250,000 in 1996.
•	Developed and implemented new promotions to boost acquisition and retention of continuity members.
