Advising team Salesframe in all sales related things like sales processes, methodologies, internationalisation, business development etc.

Leadoo Marketing Technologies

Processes, enablement, coaching, tools, onboarding, hiring, you name it. Everything that revolves around sales was a part of my role. Including managing and closing my own pipeline in 3 different markets. 

Key achievement was implementing Hubspot sales & marketing and achieving improvement in sales efficiencices via sequencing, playbooks, pipeline automations etc. and building marketing automations from scracth with our marketing team.

VP Sales Operations

Being a VP of Sales in a 30-80 person growth company means doing everything in sales.

Management of country leads, SDR team lead & data team + close collaboration with marketing was a main focus on the role.

We built teams into the UK, Sweden and a remote BD office in Spain during my time in the role.

Pixmill Group is a company specialised in visual solutions and elements.
I started working here after graduating, spring 2014. 

I was part of the customer acquisition team. My responsibilities included for example cold calling, contacting existing customers and meeting with both new and existing clients. 

I tookpart in our marketing too, developing our newsletter, brochures and websites in co-operation with our AD and advertising agency.

4-month B2B-sales trainee period and the last of my 3 job placements in HAAGA-HELIA.
We sold booking and recruitment services.
I carried out a lot of different projects with companies from several business sectors.  
Trainee period included cold calling, sales meetings and sales coaching from our CEO.

I got a chance to get even better on the phone and gain experience in B to B – selling. 
I also got an opportunity to get to know different kind of companies, which was extremely interesting.

My first "real" job. Started out as a part-time shop assistant and a cashier.
Moved up being a shift manager after about 7 months of work. After the "promotion" I did almost everything there is to do in a shop, from cashier and throwing out the garbage to managing busy shifts.

I had a little break in 2010 when I became a real man (mandatory military service in Vekaranjärvi). 

In 2011 I returned, and had all the same duties as before, only I worked a lot less after starting school in August. I pretty much worked there through my studies and carried out one of my three job placements also.

I learned most about customer service, which was part of every shift. I also got familiar with handling difficult situations as a shift manager. One of the best parts of being responsible for the shop at times was to find out how to cope with pressure and tight schedules.  

The most teaching job experience I have had in my short working life.

My (hopefully) last summer job. My days consisted of calling prospects and trying to set up my own meetings and servicing different kind of walk-in customers. 
When I had time I tried to learn as much as possible about the cars I was supposed to sell. I still don't think that in the 2½ months I learned enough about the cars I was dealing with but fortunately I managed to sell a few. 

It was nice to finally get experience on face-to-face-selling and of course I enjoyed driving around in brand new Mercedes'.

I've spent the last decade in a variety of sales roles. During the last 4 years I helped grow Leadoo from 0.6M€ to 6M€ in ARR. 

I've worked in all different sales roles, SDR, full cycle AE, team lead, VP Sales, VP Sales Operations. 

Recently we also founded MyyntiKollektiivi, which we'll build to be the biggest sales community in Finland.
