I'm deeply passionate about sharing my experiences as an LGBTQIA+ AuDHD person experiencing the world. Creating inclusive workspaces through storytelling and empathetic discussions and seeing people THRIVE. I've lead Rock Solid Knowledge through the process of becoming B Corp certified. This has involved signing up to be a founding signatory for Motherboard - a charter supporting mums in tech; organising Mental Health First Aid Training; joining the Penny Brohn community to raise money for those living with cancer; achieving carbon neutrality; introducing an EAP with Spectrum Life and overhauling our policies so they allign with our core values and much more! I attained a Level 5 People Management Assoc CIPD Diploma in August and i'm looking forward to drilling down my expertise on the parts of HR that call to me.
