Customer Success Manager

Virgin Pulse

Overseeing day-to-day operational and account management activities for assigned accounts. Working directly with the Marketing team on developing promotions and competitions for each assigned account. Providing guidance and direction on the implementation process for assigned accounts. Manage a 7-figure budget.

I was hired to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction while maintaining annual contract renewal and growth. Creating reports and detailed analyses for the Account Management Director and VP of Account Management. Ensuring fulfillment of client contractual obligations, and relaying contract risks to the Virgin Pulse management team. 

Communicating product roadmap and engagement solutions to customers, reviewing each account, and developing strategic recommendations for client goals.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Account Manager

• Lead sales process of solutions for assigned territory/accounts.
• Coordinating sales activities with service, product management, and technical team to identify opportunities, and design and deliver targeted customer-focused proposals.
• Ensure attainment of revenue and associated targets for the assigned territory (clients).
• Plan and execute presales and sales process (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis…).
