I am an Educational Consultant and a leader with extensive experience working with Education stakeholders by creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions designed to support educators, parents and school leaders. My passion is geared towards helping to improve the educational experience of the African child through creative, dynamic and effective teaching method; imbedded with good relationship by professional teachers who are constantly trained. In addition, helping parents make a well-informed decision for their wards. I have helped educational institutions with workable solutions to make administration effective and seamless; such as budgeting, staffing, needs assessment, curriculum design and planning. Prior to being the Principal Consultant at Greenzone Academy Limited, I have served in a few standard primary schools in Lagos, as the School head, designing and delivering successful programs in management development, team building, communications, change management, performance management and more. My outstanding strengths include leadership, communication, facilitation and influencing. A few of my successful initiatives include: 🔵Training educators on how to use digital skills for teaching and learning. 🔶Coaching and mentoring educators and school leaders to step out of their comfort zones. 🔷Led the Training Advisory Team to determine business needs and develop creative training solutions. 🔶Facilitated technical experts’ team to provide software support for the organizations. 🔷Managed the reverse evaluation process where managers are evaluated by their staff and receive feedback on their skills and behaviors. 🔶Led a team to create the organization’s vision and mission statements. 🔷Created, implemented, and led an employee reward program. ⏩I hold a Master of Education degree in Educational Management and planning from the University of Lagos. ⏩My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (Education) degree in Educational Administration. ⏩I help organizations and individuals leverage social media for business development and career advancement. ⏩Recently, I got certified as a Business Analyst.
