After being a stay at home mom until my kiddos were in high school, I started my own passport and visa consulting business. Both are grown adults with successful careers. I then got certified in Immigration Law, and finally went the corporate route working with global visa companies. Working with consulates and learning all about visas became my passion. It is nothing I enjoy more than to make the visa process more streamlined and providing hands on solutions. I learned that the best way to become a leader is to start in the trenches. And, to become self empowered is learning through our trials and tribulations. That is why I wrote my first book, 'The Path to Self Empowerment- My Meditations with Grandma;. Life is a journey. It is filled with challenges. I learned more from my failures than anything else. It is better to be 'self' empowered than someone else 'empowers' you. It is all about cultivating our emotional intelligence to become better than what you were yesterday. I consider myself quite lucky to have found my purpose and passion. My passion is my career in international relations, and my purpose in building healthy mindsets. And the journey continues....
