At XSITE Capital, I lead our acquisition and capital strategy for multifamily investments across the Southeast, with a strong focus on the North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tenesses Markets .
Our team targets 100 to 350-unit properties where we can unlock value through value add, smart operations and thoughtful capital planning. We work with institutional investors, family offices, and individual investors through preferred equity, programmatic joint ventures, co-GP partnerships, and direct LP investments. 

We focus on growing Sunbelt markets with strong population and job growth. Our team has built a track record of closing efficiently, often using agency debt or loan assumptions, and maintaining high standards of transparency, reporting, and execution.

Recent acquisitions include The Rise in Conyers, Georgia, a 128-unit stabilized asset acquired for $25.3 million with upside through amenity upgrades and operational improvements, and Grove Parkview in Norcross, Georgia, a 268-unit property acquired for $49.1 million with a loan assumption and capital improvement plan in place.

My work involves sourcing deals, leading underwriting, structuring capital stacks, and building strong relationships with JV partners, preferred equity groups, and LP investors. I’m deeply focused on execution, getting the right deals across the finish line and making sure our partners have the confidence that comes with disciplined acquisitions and strong operations.

I led global incident response efforts for critical, high-impact cybersecurity events across multiple business units and regions. When major incidents hit, I was the point person driving strategy, aligning technical and executive teams, and making sure our organization could respond with speed, clarity, and precision.
My role involved making real-time decisions under pressure, coordinating investigations across cloud, application, network, and identity domains, and guiding executives through the business impact and recovery process. I built and ran tabletop exercises for leadership, strengthened playbooks and escalation frameworks, and worked closely with legal, communications, and engineering teams to protect the business.
This role sharpened my ability to lead during uncertainty, translate complex threats into clear business language, and bring structure to chaos.

At Deloitte, I was part of the team trusted to handle some of the most sensitive cybersecurity events across global client environments. I led and coordinated incident response engagements that required deep technical understanding and strong executive communication.
I worked directly with client CISOs, legal teams, and engineering leaders to contain, eradicate, and recover from large-scale threats. Beyond active incidents, I helped build response frameworks, strengthen detection and escalation workflows, and supported Deloitte’s efforts to standardize its global incident response capability.
This is where I truly learned how to operate in complex, regulated, high-pressure environments.

I supported Boeing’s global security operations by responding to high-severity incidents that could impact business continuity and national security interests. I worked closely with threat intelligence, forensics, and engineering teams to stop advanced threats and ensure quick recovery.
I also helped improve Boeing’s incident response playbooks and collaborated with leadership to build more structured escalation paths. My work often involved briefing executive stakeholders and supporting security investigations tied to critical infrastructure and intellectual property.

In 2006, I locked myself in a dorm room for three weeks during a university strike. No distractions, just me, nine textbooks and grades I wanted to hit plastered on my wall.

Everyone else went home when the strike started. The campus was empty. 

Classes were canceled. Most students saw it as a vacation.

I saw it as an opportunity.

I told my mom I needed to stay and study. She gave me money for food, and I went back to an empty university campus with one mission: to dominate that upcoming semester.

I was taking nine classes. I locked myself in my room with all my textbooks, notes, and materials for every single course.

Here's what I did that changed everything: After studying each subject completely, I'd print the grade I was going to earn on a big sheet of paper and stick it on my wall.

My roommate came to check on me one day, opened the door, and saw grades plastered all over my walls. 

He thought I'd lost my mind.

"Are you going crazy?" he asked.

I told him, "Don't worry about it. I know what I'm doing."

For three weeks, I lived like a monk. No distractions. No social life. No entertainment. Just pure focus on mastering my coursework.

When exam period came, I walked into every classroom with complete confidence. 

I wasn't looking at other students for answers. 

I wasn't nervous about the questions. 

I knew I was prepared.

That semester, I got almost all A's and one B. My GPA jumped to 4.8.

That experience taught me something powerful: most people underestimate what they're capable of when they eliminate distractions and commit fully to their goals.

The difference between average and exceptional isn't talent. 

It's the willingness to do what others won't do when no one else is watching.

I spent years protecting companies like Boeing and Deloitte from cyber attacks. Now I protect families' financial futures through real estate investing. Different mission, same dedication.

For over a decade, I worked in cybersecurity at some of the biggest names in the industry - Boeing, Deloitte, Baker Hughes.
