Since founding Accelerator Coaching in 2015, I’ve helped clients regain balance, improve team dynamics, and make confident, strategic decisions. I’m a Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC), certified in EQ360 Emotional Intelligence with RocheMartin, and an accredited DiSC and emotions coach. I also teach leadership, imposter syndrome management, and communication strategies as an Associate Lecturer at Teesside University. Outside of coaching, I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself—whether it’s training for Mount Kilimanjaro for my 50th birthday, leading a sober curious coaching group for high-achieving professionals, or celebrating five years alcohol-free. Personal growth isn’t just something I coach on—it’s something I live and breathe.
