Beyond coaching, I co-pilot an Independent Family Run Recipe Book Publishing Company, a venture that has flourished since 2009. When not behind the wheel of transformation, I enjoy marathon training in the great outdoors of Northumberland, I am 4 years sober and recently created a 'sober curious coaching group for driven people'.
