The throughline of my career is a steadfast belief that leadership is about courageously using your talents to make a way for others to courageously use theirs. As a seasoned leader, I've honed my expertise in performance consulting, learning design, stakeholder relationship building, and data-informed decision-making. My corporate journey began at JetBlue Airways, where I spearheaded learning analytics and design strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support over 19,000 employees. It continues today at KPMG where I utilize my strategic thinking, performance consulting, and measurement skills to support the learning and growth of talented individuals and teams. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to found Stronger to Serve, a nonprofit fostering community well-being through fitness and service. Serving as the Executive Director, I orchestrated collaborations with nonprofits, ensuring meaningful volunteer experiences and financial sustainability. I then launched Strong Leaders Serve to support new and experienced leaders. Through leadership coaching, the Strong Leaders Serve podcast, and our Read & Lead book club, I aim to energize workplaces and inspire compassionate leadership. My multifaceted roles, have sculpted me into a versatile leader adept at strategy execution, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. My hobbies, like backpacking and completing an Ironman triathlon, have honed my skills of prioritization and perseverance. These experiences have deepened my commitment to elevating leadership so that it benefits all. I am committed to catalyzing growth, fostering inclusive cultures, and empowering individuals to thrive.
